Take 90 West for approximately 60 miles, turn right on TX 127
Stay straight and take FM 187 approximately 20 miles.
Turn left on Hwy 1050 just before entering Utopia.
The ranch is approximately 8.5 miles on right side
Look for sign that says "Christmas Tree Ranch" on gate
